Kristin has been in the investment industry for more than 10 years. After graduating summa cum laude from Virginia Tech in 2011, she joined Retirement & Estate Investment Services as a Client Services Representative, during which time she obtained her FINRA Series 7 and 66, and Life, Health, and Annuities licenses. In December 2014, Kristin pursued a job at Davenport & Company, a larger, regional investment firm in Richmond, VA. She worked as a Registered Client Service Associate for several financial advisors before taking on a new role as Overlay Manager within the firm’s Asset Management department in March 2016. Within her role as Overlay Manager, Kristin administered and traded the firm’s managed UMA, ETF, and third-party manager accounts. Throughout her seven years at Davenport, Kristin received two promotions: first to Associate Vice President in 2019 and more recently to Vice President in 2021.
In March 2022, Kristin rejoined Retirement & Estate Investment Services, where she directed her experience and focus toward working directly with clients. In partnership with David, her father, Kristin focuses on the areas of retirement and estate investment services.
Kristin and her husband live in the Near West End of Richmond. Together with their dog, they spend their spare time enjoying the outdoors, reading, and traveling.
